The Araar candle holder is defined by its vertical silhouette and central volume, giving it a quiet yet distinctive presence. Both functional and decorative, it works as a sculptural object within contemporary interiors.
Each piece is shaped by hand in the ABENVAL workshop in Valls, using a mould-free process that embraces subtle variations. Made in terracotta, white stoneware or dark manganese clay, the surface remains unglazed, allowing the natural texture of the fired ceramic to remain visible. A careful hand-finishing process softens the surface while preserving its material character.
Each piece includes a white mineral wax candle, a protective metal ring and a reusable cotton bag. The base is stamped with the ABENVAL seal, and slight variations in tone and form reflect its handmade nature.
