The Ilex candle holder combines understated form with contemporary design. Each piece is handcrafted in the ABENVAL workshop in Valls, Spain, using traditional techniques and small-scale production.
Made from natural, unglazed clay — terracotta, white stoneware or dark manganese clay — the surface preserves the raw texture of fired ceramic, softened through careful hand sanding. Its cylindrical, vertical silhouette gives the piece a calm sculptural presence suited to contemporary interiors.
Each candle holder includes a white mineral wax candle, a protective metal ring and a reusable cotton bag. The base is stamped with the ABENVAL seal. Slight variations are part of the handmade process, making every piece unique.
